Export of Minerals
    • 1. The Exporter makes an application of Precious minerals and samples export permit from Ministry of Minerals.
    • Company Registration Certificate and Business License from BRELA
    • TIN Certificate and Tax Clearance Letter from TRA.
    • Authenticated certificate of origin from TCCIA
    • Import Permit from the importing country
    • Receipt of Payment of Royalties from Ministry of Minerals
    • Government Exchequer Receipt Vouchers (ERVs)
    • Valid Dealer’s license/Mining license
    • Precious Minerals and Samples Export Permit
    • 200 USD application fee for minerals worthy 1,000 USD and 2,000 USD for minerals worthy above 1,000 USD
    • Royalty fee for exportation of gemstone and diamond is charged 5% of the gross value of the consignment.
    • For gold, copper, silver and platinum minerals the Royalty rate is 4%.
    • All minerals within industrial mineral, including building material and salt are chargeable at a rate of 3% Royalty fee.
    • 01 to 02 working days for export permit
