Registration of Premises
1. Dully filled application form for premise registration should be submitted to TFDA
3. Obtain TFDA receipt and notification on Inspection
4. TFDA will conduct premises inspection to examine if it conforms to the requirements
5. Once the premises is found to conform to the requirements, premises will be registered and issued with Premises registration certificate
• Application form for premise registration from TFDA
• Application form for licence from TFDA
• Tax Identification Number certificate from TRA
• Memorandum and articles of association from exporter/importer (for Company)
• Certificate of incorporation from BRELA (applicable to a company only)
• Commitment letter from qualified personel
• Plant Layout
• Process flow chart (applicable to a company only)
• Stamped bank deposit slip
• Environmental clearance certificate issued by NEMC if applicable
