Export of Cotton
    • 1. The Exporter make an application for phytosanitary certificate from PHS
    • 2. The Exporter must seek for plant export permit and stamp from Ministry of Agriculture
    • 3. The Exporter make an application for export permit and Cotton quality certificate from Tanzania Cotton Board (TCB)
    • 4. The Exporter need to apply for the Health certificate from TFDA if requested by the importing country
    • Company Registration Certificate and Business License from BRELA
    • TIN Certificate and Tax Clearance Letter from TRA
    • Import Permit from the importing country
    • Radiation certificate from TAEC
    • Certificate of origin from TCCIA
    • Cotton Export Permit, TCB
    • Health Certificate, TFDA
    • Phytosanitary certificate, PHS
    • Plant export permit, Ministry of Agriculture
    • USD 15 for phytosanitary certificate from PHS and Payment of inspection fees is based on the weight of consignment.
    • TZS 0 for cotton export permit, TCB
    • TZS 0 for plant export permit, Ministry of Agriculture
    • TZS 0 for health certificate, TFDA
    • 01 to 02 working days for export permit, TCB
    • 01 to 02 working days for phytosanitary certificate, PHS
    • 01 to 03 working days for health certificate, TFDA
    • 01 to 02 days for plant export permit, Ministry of Agriculture
