Foreign Company Registration (Certificate of Compliance)
1. Applicants submit a filled form with all necessary documents that were submitted/obtained from where the company was registered to BRELA
• Certified copies of Memorandum and Articles of Association, Statute or Charter
• Certified Copy of Certificate of Incorporation
• Application Form No. 434 where you are required to provide information as to notice of situation of the registered office in the country of domicile and in Tanzania
• List of Directors of the Company and particulars of a person who is resident in the country who will Act as a representative of the Company
• Copy of most recent accounts and related reports of the company
Certificate of Compliance
• USD 750 for the registration of certified copy of a charter, statute or memorandum and articles of the company, or other instrument constituting or defining the constitution of the company
• USD 220 for registration of filling any document required to be delivered to the Registrar under Part XII of the Act/other than the balance sheet
• USD 220 for filling of Balance Sheet
• USD 25 for late filing/registration fee to be paid to the Registrar of any document delivered to him out of time (per month or part thereof)
01 to 03 working days for Company Certificate of Compliance
