Import of Motor Vehicles
    • 1. The importer intending to import Motor Vehicle should apply for
    • 2. The importer should also apply for Import Declaration form from TRA
    • Company Registration Certificate from BRELA
    • TIN Certificate and Tax Clearance Letter from TRA
    • Valid Business License from MITI
    • Authenticated/Validated Certificate of Conformity (CoC) from TBS
    • Certificate of origin from the exporting country
    • Bill of lading from the importer or C & F agent
    • Profoma invoice from the exporter
    • Assessment documents from TRA
    • Certificate of roadworthiness from TBS
    • Motor Vehicle Motor Vehicle Registration Card
    • Engine Capacity: Up to 2000 cc
    • Engine Capacity: Above 2000 cc
    • Vehicles 10 Years or Over:
    • Other Charges:
    • 01 to 02 working days for Certificate of roadworthiness from TBS
    • 01 to 02 working days for Motor Vehicle Motor Vehicle Registration Card
