• Preferential certificate of origin

• Passed clearance entry endorsed by TRA Verification Office

• Gate pass released by TRA

• Radioactivity analysis certificate if required

Clearance letter/permit of the cargo

• USD 23 for veterinary/plant health permit

• TZS 7,000 for CoO, for EAC Countries

• TZS 35,000 for consignment with FOB value inferior to TZS 20m, TZS 10,000 charged for each extra copy of Radioactivity analysis certificate for the same consignment.

• 02 to 06 working days for radioactivity analysis certificate

• 01 to 03 working days for export clearance certificate

• 01 to 03 working days for zoosanitary/phytosanitary certificate

• 01 to 02 working days for certificate of origin

• 01 to 04 working days for both contracting a Clearing Agent, Lodge customs documents, Obtain release order, Transit bond account of clearing agent, Obtain electronic cargo tracking system, Checking seal and vehicle registration number, Validation of documents
