Job Summary:
To coordinate the CTI/DI project and assist in other administration and finance issues.

Job Description: 
The organization is looking for a Project Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating the CTI/DI project and assisting in other administration and finance issues. The person will be responsible for coordinating the operations of the CTI/DI SPA 2 project and monitoring and evaluation of the project, preparation of project activities report (Financial and progress report). He/She will report to the Director of Policy and Advocacy.

More specifically Her/his tasks will be as follows:
• To initiate the CTI/DI project workplan and budget
• To compile CTI/DI project reports within deadlines
• To assist in coordinating training activities
• To assist in member visits 
• To perform any other duties as assigned

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management, Economics, or related field is required, an advanced degree is preferred;
• 3 years of working experience in the private sector. Experience in business membership organization will be an added advantage;
• Energetic, self-reliant, good problem solver, cooperative, results-oriented;
• Leadership and communication skills;
• Ability to use computer and other online applications 

DURATION:
Two (2) years full time.

DUTY STATION:
Dar es Salaam.

LEVEL:
Middle Level.

RENUMERATION:
Negotiable within the company’s salary structure.
