Business Licence (Involve LGA and BRELA depending on the license Type)
Steps
Business Licence Registration is done by filling the application form which is available at BRELA offices, and BRELA official website for category A licences.
Attach the required documents for assessment and be told the fee to be paid
For Businesses in Group A, payments will be made through CRDB Bank, Account No. 0150413356300; name Revenue Collection Trading License – MIT
Submit the bank ‘pay in slip’ to get a valid government receipt
Obtain the Business licence

Memorandum and Article of Association
Evidence of nationality of shareholders
Certified Lease Agreement, Title Deed, Certificate of Occupancy etc
Power of Attorney in case the shareholders of the company are non residents
Tax payer Identification Number (TIN)
Tax Clearance Certificate
Sectorol approval in case of any business which is regulated or administered by any laws
